Hundreds of Children and Parents Celebrated Children’s Day at Central Park Burgas
June 1, 2026
On June 1, the main outdoor stage at Central Park Burgas filled with music, dancing and children’s laughter. Hundreds of children and parents joined a celebration combining entertainment, games and practical road safety activities.
Nikolay Nikolov, an actor from the Burgas State Puppet Theatre, led an interactive dance flash mob and games. Young performers from the Milka Stoeva Children’s Choir and the Trakiyche Folk Ensemble added music and traditional dance to the programme.
Road safety demonstrations were among the highlights. Traffic police officers, cyclists from Chernomorets Burgas Cycling Club and the popular Inspector Hitami introduced children to essential cycling and scooter safety rules. Young participants also had the opportunity to practise their skills on a specially prepared course.
The celebration coincided with the first anniversary of Flamenco Patisserie, while La Ferme Steakhouse and Flora Bar & Grill offered special promotions for families.
The event brought families together in Central Park’s outdoor spaces, welcoming the summer season with activities for children and parents alike.
