Flora Bar & Grill at Central Park Burgas welcomed Chef Stanislav Ivanov for a special culinary evening inspired by Greek cuisine. A signature three-course menu, Ouzo 12 and live cooking brought guests closer to the work of the visiting chef.

Mediterranean flavours shaped the menu, with Chef Ivanov presenting his own interpretation of traditional culinary combinations.

A highlight of the evening was the live dessert preparation, giving guests an opportunity to watch the chef’s techniques and the final stages of creating his signature dish.
