Hundreds of Readers Gathered at Central Park Burgas’ Main Stage for an Evening with Georgi Bardarov
August 4, 2026
Hundreds of literature enthusiasts gathered at the main outdoor stage of Central Park Burgas on August 4 for the presentation of Georgi Bardarov’s latest novel, Adagio for Maria. The event brought together readers, cultural figures and representatives of the city’s public life.
Through a multimedia presentation, Bardarov introduced the audience to the story of Vangel and Maria, sharing insights into the creative process and the novel’s exploration of love, dreams and personal choices.
The evening continued with a cocktail reception and a book signing, with long queues of readers waiting to meet the author, exchange a few words and receive a personally signed copy.
Among the guests were Burgas Deputy Mayors Mihail Nenov and Diana Savateva, alongside members of the local cultural community.
The literary evening demonstrated the potential of Central Park’s main outdoor stage to host cultural events for large audiences. Encounters with authors and artists are part of the complex’s growing programme of cultural and community activities.
