La Ferme Steakhouse at Central Park Burgas welcomed Chef Denis Moreira, known as Denisinyo and winner of Hell’s Kitchen Bulgaria, for a special culinary evening featuring a six-course signature menu and live cooking.

The visiting chef showcased his approach to combining Brazilian flavours with modern European cuisine. The menu opened with a Brazilian croquette, followed by a tomato steak and beef carpaccio. Beef Wellington was the centrepiece, while a refreshing lime and mint shot and tropical cheesecake completed the experience. Guests were welcomed with a glass of Face to Face wine.

Live cooking gave the audience an opportunity to watch Denisinyo at work, learn more about his techniques and see how the individual dishes were prepared.

The evening formed part of La Ferme Steakhouse’s programme of guest chef experiences, presenting diverse culinary traditions through specially created menus and direct interaction with guests.
